Raamin informs Manee and Megha that the latter's employer have threatened her to get back to work. Dilawar expresses his desire to meet Sanawar to Fakhira. Aagha goes for his medical check-up to Waquar, their family doctor and develops a pain in his stomach. In her loneliness, Fakhira mourns the loss of her young daughter. Zeenat shows some extra concern towards Alvira. Alvira senses that it could be related to money. Sanawar requests Fakhira to go with him and Aazim to Madiha's place.
