Contrary to Fakhira, Alvira and Dilawar's view, Aagha is delighted to find Sanawar in his room. Fakhira is surprised when Aagha agrees to her decision to marry Alvira with Talah and agrees to meet him. Zeenat disagrees with Fakhira's suggestion to marry Faisal with Megha. Surprisingly, Faisal agrees to the proposal. Sanawar avoids meeting Madiha. Madiha confronts him and demands an explanation for his behaviour. Alvira discovers some medicines and rushes to meet Dr. Waquar to confirm her doubts. Fakhira and Dilawar are shocked at learning that Aagha is suffering from terminal illness. Aagha makes a heartrending confession to his family members.
